Puff Pastry Sausage Bake

I like easy breakfasts at any time of the day.  The first serving was for breakfast and then I had the leftovers for dinner.



Puff Pastry Sausage Bake

1/2 sheet puff pastry, thawed and rolled out lengthwise
9.6 oz Hot & Spicy Sausage Crumbles or regular
2 tbsp flour
3/4 cup milk
1 cup Marble Jack cheese

Spread rolled out puff pastry in your tart pan.  Pinch edges up and poke pastry and bake for 10 minutes at 350°.

Heat sausage in pan.  Add in flour and mix well.  Pour in milk and stir until thickened.  Remove pastry from oven and spread out sausage.  Top with cheese and return to oven for another 20 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
