Grilled Mexican Pork Chops
3 - 4 pork chops
1 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper to taste
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, chili powder, salt and pepper. Rub olive oil on both sides of the pork chops. Grill over medium heat.
