Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread
1/4 cup canola oil
6 ounces plain yogurt
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup dark cocoa
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
In a large bowl, put drained zucchini, oil and Greek yogurt and mix well.
Add in dry ingredients. Pour into a greased 4 x 9 bread pan. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°.
