Bursting with flavor and you can make these potatoes in the oven or on the
grill.
Parmesan Garlic Roasted Baby Red Potatoes
8 baby red potatoes, rinsed and quartered
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp parsley
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Line a baking sheet or pan with no-stick aluminum foil. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of
olive oil on top. Layer with potatoes, garlic, Parmesan and spices. Sprinkle
the second tbsp of olive oil on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Stir in pan every 15 minutes to all
sides get golden brown.
