Easy grilled sweet & Yukon Gold potatoes

Sometimes you need an easy side after a long day at work especially when the temperatures are back up in the 90's. 



Sweet & Yukon Gold Potatoes


1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced
1 large Yukon Gold potato, peeled and dice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/8 cup olive oil

After dicing potatoes, put into a bowl and sprinkle with olive oil. Mix all of the spices together and sprinkle over the slices. Toss gently.  Place in a tinfoil package and cook on indirect heat on your grill.

  1. I love mixing sweet potatoes with golden yukons. I usually bbq them separately and then mix them, which is what I thought I'd have to do since one cooks faster than the other, but evidently I don't have to do that. Thanks for sharing! This will save me plenty of time...
