Boursin Mashed Potatoes

potatoes, I used Yukon Gold potatoes, cut
into 1/2" cubes
6.5 oz Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp milk
Cook the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and mashed until smooth. Melt in butter and stir in Boursin cheese and milk.
