1 large potato, peeled and cut into shoestring pieces
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
Kosher salt
Extra light olive oil
Cut up the potato and put in a bowl. Drizzle a light coating of extra light olive oil and toss. Mix together garlic powder, cumin and chili powder in a small dish. Sprinkle spices over the shoestring potatoes and then spread out in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with Kosher salt.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Keep an eye on them towards the end so they do not get too crispy.
2 servings.
I would have taken a photo to accompany the recipe but a slight kitchen mishap resulted in half of the potato ending up on my kitchen floor. No 5 second rule here.
